1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed instantly by email once payment is processed. Please check your confirmation for the exact departure time and location; pickup details are re-confirmed the day before travel where applicable.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Unless stated otherwise on the tour page, bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Some activities (including certain snorkel departures) are final sale as indicated at checkout. Date changes are subject to availability.

3. Weather

Water activities are subject to marine conditions. If an operator cancels a departure due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the affected activity.

4. Health & Safety

Snorkeling and other water activities require a basic level of fitness and swimming ability. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow crew instructions at all times. Please advise us of any medical conditions or mobility needs before booking.

5. Punctuality

Departure times are fixed. Cruises board at the departure pier before the scheduled time; guests who miss a departure are responsible for their own onward arrangements.

6. Liability

Statue of Liberty Boat Tours (operated by Attractions4us LLC) acts as a retail agent for the tour operators providing transportation and activities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
